Delete your Motocamp Drive account

Motocamp Drive signs in to your Motocamp account. Deleting that account deletes it for Motocamp Drive and for Motocamp on the web.

Delete it yourself

1. Sign in to Motocamp on the website for your region: motocamp.co.nz, motocampaustralia.com, motocamp.us or motocampeurope.com.
2. Open your account from the menu.
3. Choose Permanently delete my account and confirm.

Or ask us

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it and reply within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and profile, your saved routes, saved spots, trip plans and settings. Diagnostics the app sent are stored under a scrambled id and delete themselves after 90 days.

What is kept

Records of payments, for as long as tax law requires. Nothing else.

On your phone

Uninstalling Motocamp Drive removes everything it stored on your phone, including offline maps.
